Porridge with a third of a tin of peaches for breakfast. (1)
Beans on a slice of toast for lunch. (1)
And tea was made using the leftover potato and carrot ...
... with added spinach and half an onion.
And turned into this little beauty.
So my tea was a vegetable pasty. (1.5)
And the pastry trimmings were rolled out and put into the fridge.
I have something in mind for them :-)
So I only managed 3,5 of my 5 a day.

Love pasties, excellent way of using up leftovers. I look forward to reading what you'll do with the leftover pastry.

Well it only made a little treat ... but it was a very tasty treat ... and something I will definitely be doing again.
