Fellow Challenger

The poster that came with my Ration Pack.

And the reverse of it.

If you would like a really good read about all the ins and outs of the Ration Challenge then a fellow Challenger has written a brilliant blog post that encompasses all the questions that new Challengers need to know.

It's here on his Blog Life the Universe and Everything.

Aftab is a great guy that also took the Challenge last year, and he has been a mine of information for so many of this years first timers and is always ready with a witty reply.

Thank you so much for all your support, today I am mostly playing with flatbreads  😃

  1. I make flatbread out of equal parts flour to greek yogurt. Quick & easy. Good luck with your challenge.

    1. They sound lovely, I do something similar with coconut yoghurt, but I won't have any of that during Challenge week ☹️

    1. He's done a really good round up of everything you would need to know to take part in or to just read up on about the Challenge, it's proving to be useful for so many of the first-timers this year :-)

    1. He's really helping a lot of the first-timers. We keep directing people to read it when they ask questions on the Facebook Group. He was similarly helpful last year and was chosen as the first 'Challenger of the Week' on the Group this year for all his help.
