But hang in there, keep the goal in mind. You can do it! (are you allowed to sprinkle cinnamon on the grapefruit? would that help?)Deb in Ohionoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4255134196392270372.post-36519702046003563612018-11-28T10:50:20.882+00:002018-11-28T10:50:20.882+00:00You're doing well, just think you're half ...You're doing well, just think you're half way through...... the end is in sight, just think if the weigh in xxWendyTnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4255134196392270372.post-88431686365623051522018-11-28T09:03:42.308+00:002018-11-28T09:03:42.308+00:00You're doing brilliantly and I agree with you ...You're doing brilliantly and I agree with you that habits take time to adapt and change. I wish we liked black coffee, but we just don't at all. I think the only reason we're sticking to our version of the diet is because it's much more like fairly normal eating for us, the difference to our normal way of eating being no starchy carbs at all and almost no dairy. I am beginning to desperately miss cheese and my favourite frothy coffees though!Soozehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03762391472811785736noreply@blogger.com
